Développé Plus in Saverne is a real gem for all lovers of hiking, outdoor sports or simply those looking for quality equipment. The store is well laid out, with a very wide choice: walking shoes, backpacks, technical jackets, accessories... there really is everything. And above all, it’s not the kind of place where they push you to buy.
The staff is great, welcoming and passionate. We feel that they practice what they sell, so the advice is always relevant. I needed a softshell jacket adapted to changing weather conditions, and they were able to direct me directly towards a model perfect for my needs, without selling me the most expensive one.
I also appreciated the local and human side of the store: it’s a change from the big, impersonal brands. And price-wise, frankly it’s reasonable given the quality of the products.
In short, a great address in Saverne, which I highly recommend, whether you are a Sunday hiker or a real adventurer!

Great store! Wide selection of shoes and advice from a passionate shoe enthusiast.
A bonus for the advice for our Corsica vacation, which was also tried and tested!
Thank you

Absolutely delighted by the quality of advice and service in general.
I took up running after 20 years of stopping completely and was very well advised by Vincent who was trained at the Runner's Clinic. He recommended the Altra Superior 6, a shoe with 0 drops or almost, very comfortable for my fairly strong foot, even though it is quite minimalist. “You will feel the ground well, and your foot will get stronger with time,” he said. And he was right!
The watchword: progressiveness. So, I run a little every day, stopping for a few seconds as soon as I feel tension, then returning to running mode. For the past two weeks, I have been able to go for one hour outings with some elevation gain (once a week) and 25 minutes the other days, whereas 1 month ago I was running barely 20 meters with pain everywhere. I listen to the body, if I have aches, I reduce the load.
In short, if you don't want to get hurt and are looking for THE shoe that suits you, this is the right place. Advice is priceless and, at Dénivelé Plus, you don’t waste your time fumbling around!
